Stakeholders
(about 1 page in length)
Rubric Criteria: This section describes the technology planning team which consists of representatives who will implement the plan. If a variety of stakeholders (from within the school district and the community-at-large) did not assist with the development of the plan, a description of why they were not involved is included.
The goal is to get input into the technology plan from a variety of stakeholders within the local community including administrators, staff, parents, students, and community members. Examples of stakeholders include the County Office of Education, the local CTAP representative, service clubs (4H, Rotary), local utilities and businesses, and institutes of higher education (colleges and universities). Stakeholders can provide input in a variety of ways, such as attending meetings or responding to surveys about perceived educational and technological needs in the district.
In the narrative, describe how stakeholders participated in developing the technology plan and how the same stakeholders will play a role in implementing the plan. In addition, you may consider inserting the following table in section 2:

Should we add a tip that this should be the only section to include names and titles, but everywhere else in the plan, you should only refer to individuals by job title?
