Rubric Criteria: This section describes the district's use of education technology for the next 3 to 5 years. Specific start and end dates are listed (7/1/20XX to 6/30/20XX).

The goal of this section is to explain how long this technology plan will be in effect and how often it will be revised and updated to meet the needs of your district. 

In the narrative, include a description of the demographics, achievements, and challenges presented by the location and educational climate of your district or schools. The narrative should focus on the size of your organization (i.e. the number of students, staff and facilities) and your location in California. This narrative provides a snapshot of your district for the state technology plan reader.

Best Practice for E-rate: It is a good idea to mention in the narrative that the EETT tech plan is being used for E-rate purposes.
